If you believe you need a refund, contact us as soon as possible with the name and email used to enroll, the course, and a brief explanation. Do not include full payment card numbers.
Review
Each request is reviewed based on enrollment status, course access or progress, any certificate or reporting already completed, program rules and applicable legal requirements.
Third-party charges
Certain external charges, services already provided, shipping, materials, reporting costs or nonrecoverable fees may be nonrefundable where permitted by law.
Mandatory rights are not waived
This policy does not remove refund rights or other rights that applicable law requires.
